Covered bonds’ cover pool report – according to the requirements of Article 129 (7) of  Regulation No 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms.

Hereby we provide information – which according to the supervisory requirements – the covered bonds’ issuers should disclose to the investors. The cover pool information include i.a.:

1. the value of the cover pool and outstanding covered bonds;
2. the geographical distribution and type of cover assets, loan size, interest rate and currency risks;
3. the maturity structure of cover assets and covered bonds; and
4. the percentage of loans more than ninety days past due;  

The above information is published every 6 months, separately for every issuer and in aggregated form – for the whole CB market.
